hi, my neighbor just got an 09 Pontiac vibe, and her negative terminal has a quick release so the battery doesnt die after a few days. Got the meter out and found 1.2A draw on the radio fuse, the draw goes away upon removing the fuse OR the radio. Is there any known problem on these cars to cause that? If not could someone share a wiring diagram? I'm a Subaru guy, I know nothing about these cars

No know problems for the '09-'10 radios, other then the radio knobs breaking. I would pull the radio and unplug the power wiring at the radio, then check to see if amp draw has dropped below ~0.3 amps. It is always going to pull some amperage to keep other system memory active but not over 1 amps. If the amp draw drops, then you know it is the radio that needs to be replaced.
You do not say if it is just a radio or a radio with an aux. amplifier.
