Asking $4,000 but since I'd like my driveway back, especially for people from here (less so for ppl on CL etc.). Got a good deal on another car I couldn't pass up and don't need 2.

I only joined the forum recently (after lurking a long time) but I've had the car for about 7-8 years and done regular maintenance as well as many upgrades to it and the 1zz motor still runs strong. I'm not sure if I will part it out and would like to try to sell the car whole first. Make an offer :)

Runs and drives fine, everything works, A/C is cold, heater heats, engine runs great, will smog. It's a base model so it has roll up windows and manual locks but those work fine too.

It also has the cargo kit, I still have the stock suspension and lowering springs (Tein H techs, front shocks had less than 10k miles), the stock cross bars for the roof rack, and the stock shifter.

Car was being prepped for the 2zz swap and everything else was done to it already including:

6 Speed Transmission from a Corolla S with way less miles than my car (it had 80-100k iirc)

Exedy Sport Clutch kit

BC Rich Coilovers

JNC White 18x8.5 rims (te37 clones)

225/40/18 tires

TRD front and rear sway bars

TRD Cross brace under hood

K&N Short Ram Cold-Air Intake

Tint and Weathertech Window Deflectors

Tons of seals and gaskets replaced on the engine, but it's mostly stock

Magnaflow Exhaust + new Cat/piping from manifold to back

Noise reduction added to interior floors

MWR Short shifter

Aftermarket radio (but otherwise interior is mostly stock and normal wear)

2017 wrx lip from Ebay

Modified rear hatch spoiler from a 2015 VW Golf

Modified rear skirts from Corolla S

Rally Armor mud flaps

Thule roof rack and parts

New front and rear brake rotors, drums, pads, shoes, hardware and hoses

Other random parts (CV etc) changed in the process over the years of either breaking or being replaced when doing something else (like replacing the main engine oil seal when I replaced the transmission).

Lowered Price to $4,000 since some things came up.

I'd like to not try parting it out, but will also entertain what parts people are needing to see if I want to bother with it since if there's enough interest there I might just go that route.

By "parting out", I'm pretty sure he meant pulling off aftermarket parts. I rather doubt he is going to take a running/driving car and start removing body panels off of it.

I'm in Southern California, I've been busy so just saw this. I do have a good and fender since I now have an extra donor I took a motor out of just sitting here.

If you were closer I’d LOVE to buy it as is. It’s exactly how I want to build one. My GT is just too rusted out to be worth playing with
