Vvt-i solenoid
Transmission fluid
All motor mounts


When I run the car hard uphill or at speeds over 70 the car seems to hesitate. This is my first Toyota having many Honda’s with excellent valve timing and I’m wondering if my vvt is t engaging? What is the rpm switchover for a base vibe 1.8?

I just wanted to add the car runs great and gets 33mpg consistently Super reliable just odd idle quirks (mostly fixed) and hesitation under load and higher rpm. I suspect it’s a fuel issue but not sure.

What do you think?
