NASCAR fans. Harvick: What a weenie.

Anyone watch both the Busch and Winston cup races this last weekend at Richmond? I never was a fan of Harvick, but after seeing his behavior in both races, I think someone should spin the dink out every race. What an (removed).Do you feel NASCAR's penalties were stiff enough?
