Apologies for absence.

Things are a bit weird right now, especially with having a screwed up nerve in my right shoulder. That leads to instructions not to lift more than 10 lbs with my right arm. Kind of puts the kibosh on a lot of car work.
So, I probably won't be horribly active for the next four to six weeks. I'll try to at least drop in once a week, however.

Sorry to hear that. Hope the nerve and shoulder heal well! Injuries like that suck.

Rest up. If you are doing any PT work to recover, do the things the PT says.

Hopefully you can get healed up. I had something like that when I was young. Doctor had me on PT, a lot of ice, and sonic heat. It took awhile and did heal up. You do not what to do nothing, or it will just get stiff, but you can not over do it also. Take care and don't push yourself to hard.
