Suzuki Aerio - Is it the same car?

Is it just me, or does the Suzuki Aerio appear to be yet another reincarnation of the Vibe/Matrix...only this time with a seriously ugly trim package? Their "mini SUV" thing seems to have always been the same thing as a Geo/Chevy Tracker...so I'm curious as to if they're a "super secret stealthy" GM partner or something.Or am I just nuts?(Regardless...that is one ugly car.)

While GM does own a piece of Suzuki, the likelihood of the Aerio being influenced by the Vibe and/or Matrix, IMHO, is next to nothing.

Vibe/Matrix and Aerio have absolutely nothing in common whatsoever. Vibe/Matrix is a Toyota/GM joint venture with both vehicles being assembled by Toyota in North America. The Aerio is a Suzuki creation built only by Suzuki in Japan and inported to North America. Although GM owns 20% of Suzuki and they share a joint venture in Ingersoll Ontario called CAMI, that builds the Chevrolet Tracker and Suzuki Vitara, GM had absolutely no input with the Aerio. You must be nuts
