Bluetooth and/or usb for 2003 moon and tunes cd player

I want to get my son an add on for his Vibe so he can have bluetooth and a usb port. anybody try this? if so any preference of brand?
Easiest add on is one of those cigarette plug things for it.
Otherwise a cheappppp radio w/bluetooth and USB and no CD can be had for like $30 at walmart, plus probably $30 or so for the harness and dash kit to install the radio.
