do gen 1 and 2 wheels swap?

I was wondering if gen 1 and gen 2 wheels are interchangeable. I wanted to confirm that the 2's will clear the gen one calipers etc. thanks.

The first gen and 1.8L Second gen wheels are the same size and are interchangeable (same as Corolla 5x100).
The Second Gen 2.4L (Base with 2.4, GT, and AWD) cars have different bolt pattern (Camry size 5x114?).
