2008 Vibe, no moon/sun roof.
after rain, I find water underneath the carpet in the cargo area in front of the little compartments.
Reaching into the little compartment on the passenger side, between the inside and outside walls, I can feel the sound deadening material is also wet.
Little side windows, roof rack, or something else?
Solutions?
It seem like all the leak issues posted are centered around the windshield or roof glass. I don't think that's my issue...

Use a garden hose and test the seals.
Also it is not hard to remove the interior trim pieces. That will allow you to find traces left by the water.
check the under body too, in particular if the water is kind of dirty.

Be sure to test (with garden hose) around the tail lights too.
