Already posted on Facebook, but putting this for the others (Tim!) that aren't​ on there. I picked up another red hot metallic GT yesterday for my 16 yr old twins boys. A bit rough since it was not a garage queen, but mechanically it is good with 112k miles. Needs the clear coat on the roof and ps mirror redone, new ds headlight since the ps was replaced, rear headrests, and front floor mats. Cant complain about it too much for $5,400. I will post some pics once I get back home and can upload them. It took me like 5 min to feel like I was back home driving my old 10 GT! It did well on the 200 mile trip home.

Welcome to GenVibe Forum! Nice to see you aren't sticking with just with the Facebook group. We'll have more guides and tutorials coming pretty soon. We'd love to see some pictures if they are available.

Thanks for the welcome! I've only been a member here for 9 years, but haven't been driving a Vibe as a daily for almost a year. So I haven't been as active on here recently. Facebook is in your face with the feeds, so you can't easily ingore it!

I could just post pics of my 10 GT, and it would look exactly the same. Red, no sunroof, automatic Vibe GT. Even has a silver pinstripe too. Except it needs the paint redone on the roof. Probably going to get a vinyl wrap since it will be cheaper. It will be a great car for the boys. They both drove it and are doing well with it. They do like the extra perceived power over their mom's Equinox on take off.

I do have some mods planned, but nothing too much. Has to fly under mom's radar!

Wow ... that roof looks bad Glad mine is always garaged. This must have been a Texan Vibe from day one and ALWAYS out in the hot Texas sun. The boys should appreciate how you're looking out for them. Great find

Picked it up in Shreveport, LA, not Texas, but it was outside it's whole life. Needs new window rubber also, so hopefully I can find some good used ones. New they are $80!

Welcome Back trb! Californian sun shows little mercy. JetBlack has similar fate on its Hood, guess that another thing very little rainfall got us!. Im hearing a small whistle on the driver side now that I think about it. I'll keep an eye out for any good ones.

Oh my goodness, that poor roof ! Seeing that makes me thankful ours are garaged and that I keep a good coat of wax on them.
