Cowl weatherstripping part

Hi, guys. The weatherstripping that seal the cowl panel and the windshield is falling apart. Is it necessary to replace it? I can't find any replacement part and pictures of the part. Thank you.

It's not the hood to cowl rubber seal. I am referring to the cowl cover to glass rubber seal. I have seen it disintegrated on other first-gen Vibes.
Maybe the rubber piece at the edge of the cowl cover is part of it, not a separate part?
