I am a social worker and Uber driver. I am looking for custom fit water resistant washable seat covers. Keep in mind I have a social worker's income. Any suggestions?

Did you say "custom" and "cheap" in the same sentence? Wet Okole comes to mind and they are waterproof, but certainly not cheap. You can probably find some generic fit covers at Walmart or your local auto parts store.
