K&N Pipe and Filter Off My 2004 GT (SOLD)

Just went back to a standard air cleaner and tube on the orange 2004 GT and no longer need this K&N kit.

Very good condition overall but will need detailed, and filter could probably use a typical cleaning. Comes with large dia. rubber connector tube to throttle body & air sensor on top toward filter.
$278.99 on Amazon or K&N's site. I'm asking $125/OBO + shipping.
