(I've looked up the word "pinstripe" under SEARCH and didn't come up with anything, so I feel moderately comfortable posting this without being attacked)Has anybody gotten a custom pinstripe on their Vibe? I'm looking for a cost estimate. I wanted to cover up the one that came ont he car (gray) with a bright yellow - something to match my overlays.

Auto parts stores sell pinstripe tape that you could apply over it if it was paint. A better solution would be to talk to local paint shops and find one that does hand painted pinstripes. Another idea would be to go to a local car show and ask owners there who pinstriped their car.Good luck.

There was a guy at the Ohio vibe rally that had some really great graphics on his vibe. He did them himself and has his own graphics business. His genvibe name is george.Here's what he did on his car: http://nicksimkins.com/vibe/oh-meet/DSCF0007.htm He quoted me a price of about $85 for a graphic that was between the two wheels on each side panel. Sounds like what you're talking about. You design it yourself whether or not it is a pinstripe or something HUGE and he'll send it to ya. I'll give you his office phone number in an IM. I'm not quite sure he'd want me posting it on here, (even though it is free advertising).

wow, that looks awesome. think he'll consider doing some work for us here? i have some ideas of some graphics i'd like to have made up for my vibe.

IM username "george" on here and ask him. I bet he would. He quoted me about the same price, for a full side body panel graphic...I had dealer pinstripes, it was double line. i really like this graphic for the sides. maybe not the same, but something similar or along the same lines.

well, i like the looks of it but want them to follow the lines on the vibe. then when and if i ever get my ss hood, would like something that goes up the hood similar to Nova's SLP graphics he did. i also want to have my name in korean on the side and the rear window. think that would be kinda cool.

You have a sweet looking Vibe, those graphics would look nice on the car.

ya, i'm korean by birth, but not really in culture. i'm more like a twinkie: yellow on the outside, but white in the middle. lol

yes. it's a little different. i had someone write it up for me since i don't know korean. thot i'd try and get closer to "my people". lol.

was thinking about the hankooks. since i have 17" rims there's not too many winter tires out therel. will see, i'm still looking.
