VIBE AT INFORMATION

Hey all ! I've been looking for some information regarding the automatics put in the vibes. I would like to know what some differences are between the A246E in the fwd vibe , U341F used for awd , and the one in the GT. These 3 are what I have found. If the knowledgeable could be so kind to clarify .... Here are questions I have not been able to find an answer for.
What is the strength of these 3 individually in the amount of power they can take ?
The a246e is an aisin made tranny. It seems as though the u341f is Toyota built ?
The one put in the GT looks to be different. Is it stronger ? Is one of these built better then the other ?
