It can't pass emissions without the ECU that came with the kit, not in California. I don't have the ECU, as I sold it to someone on here last year.

Interest in the whole unit do you still have does it have ecu auto or manual

There's no ECU for it, and it lacks the 5th injector setup anyway, so you wouldn't be able to run it on the TRD or GM ECU anyway.
I have an AEM FIC that I can wire up for it and include for no additional charge, but no way to test it unless it's for a 2005-2008 Vibe/Matrix/Corolla. A new Boomslang harness would be $300. You would need to get the car dyno-tuned ($400-2200 depending on the shop) with the AEM FIC in order to safely run the S/C. A base tune is only for getting the car to a dyno shop.
