How to mount factory roof rack on 09 Vibe?

I got an 09 GT and got a set of stock roof racks. I know you have to take out the plasticclips, the bolts, and the little bracket thing. But what am I missing to secure the 4 mounts down to the roof?

I posted pics for this; wherever you got the stock racks should have the stock bolts too, or order them, or test and try from local hardware store
