They're 100% working. They're rated at 5K on the Kelvin scale. They have high and low bream function. They're 2200 lumens. The bulbs are water proof and dust proof. This kit comes with everything you need, bulbs and the drivers. This kit is a direct plug&play system. They have a 50,000 hour lifespan... BUT!!!! This comes with a lifetime warranty! So if anything happens to the bulbs or driver, let me know and I can get you a brand new set! I used this set for around 3 months and have had no problems. This kit is light and day over halogen bulbs.
