How to switch factory satellite radio between 2006 and 2007 Vibe

Hello, new to the list. Wanting to switch the factory satellite radio between a 2006 Vibe and 2007 Vibe that I just purchased. Both with Moon & tunes option. Any useful tips? Also ideas for a brand and mounting of satellite antenna

I have not done a radio change in a Vibe, which is a Toyota, but I know that GM tights the radio to the VIN number on some of their vehicles. If you do a search on line about factory radio change, you may find more info about it.
