I went on a McDonals diet one time awhile back, ate it twice a day for about a month, Never gained an ounce. It wasnt til I started eating Subway that I gained 5 pounds. Im still underweight though.

I guess it works differently on people! Subways helped me lose my 85 pounds this year, lay off the mayo and cheese and it is actually good for you!

Doesn't have to be Subway either, any sub will do. I'm in the best shape of my life. What d'ya think?

i live about a block from mcD's and i eat there all the time! every morning i get a large coffee and either a breakfast burrito or a sausage mcmuffin. props to the dollar menu!
