Do 09 GT seats fit in 03 xrs matrix?

As the title say, I'm hoping these will bolt right in without modification.

I would say probably not directly, but you might get lucky. I'm assuming you have the 03? Maybe someone with an 09-10 can measure the distance between the bolts and then you can compare them to yours. I would do it if I still had my 2010 GT.
And another question is if they actually mount the same way in the rear. Most cars have two bolts in the front, but there are often differences in the rear mounting between different models.
Worst case scenario, you might use the 03 seat tracks and just bolt the 09 seats to them. I know others that have done this with other car models successfully. To make sure it would bolt up easily, you would need to compare the seat track mounting distances where they bolt to the seat on both types.

Your airbag sensor may not have the same hookup as the 09, you'll need to compare that as well.

From pictures that I've seen, the brackets that bolt the seat down seem to be similar to my 2003 xrs. I just need to make sure the distance is the same. Mine do not have an airbag, so I think that would be okay if I don't have the sensor plugged in, right?

Even if you don't have the seat airbags, it will still have the sensor in the passenger seat to tell the airbag computer whether to arm the passenger airbag or not. So it may not be active if you don't have the passenger side hooked up properly.

I think the driver's side may have one as well, I will check. I would expect it to because some cars want to know what position you're sitting in when they decide whether to deploy the air bags.

Thanks. Although, I may have given up on trying for now. This past Friday an auction was ending for 2010 Vibe (not GT) seats so I looked a lot at the pictures of the brackets and compared them to mine. I don't think they are the same. I think I read somewhere that the 2003 Vibe seats are better than the 2003 Matrix seats. Any truth to that? I figured those would bolt right in.
