I find this honeycomb grill hard to get clean when washing my Vibe. Anyone have any tips?? Thanks

I agree... difficult to clean (bugs stuck in there are almost impossible) but it looks really good when you do it right. No tips really... just a very time consuming task, but well worth it.

Get a bottle brush... then just push it in and out of the grills...

I just use a wide, very soft bristle brush and my regular car wash soap. The bristles are about 3 inches long so they get all the way into the honeycombs. It works great and it takes no time at all.

quote: - - Handy Martha Stewart tip - -If license plates are really dirty, put em in the dishwasher on hot water /pot scrubber cycle, the stickers stayed on and the plates look wonderful and smell lemony fresh Bet your food tastes nice and road-grimey fresh after the next dishwashing. Ewww. I don't think I'd do this. Of course, I don't wash my liscence plates very often, I like keeping them less reflective. Harder for cops to read them at night and makes laser guns in speed traps less effective.

I suppose not. It would probably taste better than the horse meat.

LOL! Ok, now you've piqued my interest. Which tastes better, the horsemeat sandwiches or the diswasher pre-cooked bugs?
