Where is the fuse that controls the license plate lights?

I have a 2006 vibe. I just changed the bulbs. They still aren't working. It seems everything else is working. Is this a fuse? If so where do I find it? Thanks

Well they just started working. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I'll be back if and when they go out again.

the fuse for the license plate lights is the same as the parking lights fuse.
