Can anyone take a look at their transfer case and see if they have a little leakage going on?

It looks like I'm leaking a bit around the seal, although checking the fill plug and it sees to full to where it should be.
I wonder how much on average is there leakage around the shaft seal, which is what looks like to be the source in the pic

Looks to me like the axle seal is leaking.

New seal and check for bearing play.

There is obviously some leakage, but is 'some' normal?
I don't know the last time this was cleaned up, and checking the fill level, it was good
