Wanted: 05-08 Front License Plate Bracket

I'm looking for an 05-08 front license plate bracket. My sister-in-law picked up an '07 from out of state with no bracket, and unfortunately we need the front plate in St Louis. I'm trying to avoid spending $50-60 for a "new" hunk of plastic from GM.

Anyone know if the 03/04 brackets fit on the 05-08 bumper? The pictures look identical but they're a different part number. I'm wondering if the angle of the 1.5gen bumper is different enough to cause an issue.

I do! Still going strong at 130k with no issues so far. I've just been too busy lately to keep up with the forums.

Check under the floor in the trunk with the spare tire. That's where mine was hiding when I needed to install a front place when moving from Florida to Texas.

Yup, I looked. It wasn't there, just the cargo clamps. The front bumper cover had been replaced and I think the bracket went with the original cover.
