Forum Software Updated

All,
We've updated the forum software to obtain the latest bug fixes and enhancements.
Our old site theme wasn't supported by the newest version of the software, so the theme has been changed to what you see here.
A few users have pointed out that some links that used to be more prominent are now under the "Quick Links" menu near the top left of the page, specifically "Your Posts", "Unread Posts", etc.
It's also been pointed out to me that the Google banner is mangling the layout on narrow browsers such as Android Chrome; I'll see if I can improve this at all.
