Do I have 4 speakes or 6? Amp or not?

I have an 04 Vibe. No moonoof. Single CD player. I'm going to order a new headunit from Crutchfield, and I need to figure out exactly what to order for wiring adapters.
I can check the SPID info if it will help!

No moonroof means you shouldn't have the 6-speaker amplified setup. It was only offered in a package along with the moonroof ('03-'04 Moon & Tunes package or later became Sun & Sound and added a sub for '05-'08.) The amp would be mounted on a bracket underneath the passenger seat. The additional two speakers are the tweeters at the top of the door panels behind the mirrors.
Here is a thread with RPO codes you could reference.
So I'd hazard a guess that your install just got a little smoother with no pesky level adapter thingy to wire in to tone down the white noise from the factory amp.

That's what I thought, too. However, I have tweeters in the A pillars.
Checked the SPID:
UZ6 - Premium 6-Speaker System
U1P - AM/FM/CD/ETR w/Seek navigation/4-Fader Speakers
So... do I have the amp, too? Didn't have a chance to get under the seat today.

Very interesting! I've never seen it available outside of the package with the moonroof.

Mom always told me that I was special.
I'll confirm the amp tomorrow.

The inverter for the AC outlet on the dash is what is under the driver seat.
