GenVibe - Community for Pontiac Vibe Enthusiasts

Recently, I was carting some 2x4s in the ol' vibe and one of them slid forward, hit the passenger side a/c vent and pushed the two plastic flappers INTO the dashboard. I can just barely get my fingers on them. There's no way I can pull it forward back into place.

How do I go about fixing the A/C vent? Do I need to remove the dash? What's the trick here?

For those who are wondering--- turns out the answer is: "Jimmy it a bunch until you can get a hold of it."
