I would start by pulling the new plugs and verifying that they're the right ones, and make sure they all look like they're firing. Then make sure the coil packs are fully seated on the plugs. I guess I'd double check the belt routing and that I got the right belt. I've had parts stores give me the wrong one more than once. Throw away the KN filter and pick up a NAPA Gold or other other good quality filter. If everything checks out try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 20-30 minutes to reset the computer.
I'd change the air filter and clean the MAF too, unless that's been done recently.

As a Corolla Vibe owner myself, I can only offer a suggestion of the obvious:
Did you order the $9 Denso iridium plugs from Rock Auto, or did you put in some two pronged E3 plugs that belong in lawn mowers? If you did not put in the NGK or preferably the Denso plugs, please do so and report back. I'm hoping that is all there is to this. Good luck.

Would not be a bad idea to unhook the battery for a few minutes and let the computer relearn.

Forgot to mention another obvious culprit: tire pressure. With the stock 205/55 tires on mine it's really almost impossible to spot a tire that's down to 20psi just by looking. But boy can that suck the mileage down.

You may have to clean the MAF sensor if it was over-oiled.

Use paper towels to blot off any extra oil on the K&N.

Did you reset the computer to allow it to relearn?
