I just finished my light bar. The lights are two 6 inch(middle) KC Slim Lites, two 4 inch KC Rally 400s.

I relocated the light bar lower down... Personally, I think it looks a lot better!

I'd like to get a cage for the front of my car so I don't lose my front end to a deer like I did my Caliber.

Nice setup... With the hood open car looks like its getting ready to take a bite out of something.

Custom mount bar, or reshape a mount from another vehicle?

Try going to your local grill guard shops and ask if they will custom-make you one.

Keep in mind that if you hit something hard enough, you may have the GG contribute to frame damage, although I suspect once you get to that point it would be a given anyway.

I honestly just took four 90° metal pipes. I had the inserts there already since the bar that's attached to the frame was used for towing the car

I see a lot of drag.
