Hi there,

My question is concerning the airbag computer. The airbag light has been up for a while. I asked the GM tech if he could get me the airbag code. After checking, the tech told me that there were no response from the airbag computer.

What replacement module should I buy to replace the computer?

the diag module itself is pretty much telling you it's bad.

The car does have airbags on door sides so I guess it is a AJ7 module.

Is that a DIY or I must go to an accredited GM dealer?

i'd take it to someone who knows what they're doing. you wouldn't want to inadvertently trigger the air bags or screw something up, unless you're crazy like that....

What year Vibe do you have? There was a recall on this component a few days ago!
