No. Pipe broke at the flange. And will not pass emissions.

Just cut out the bad spots and weld some new pipe in. It's a lot cheaper that way.

There was no welding this. It's original and rusty as heck.
yeah the warranty is awesome too, and it's direct bolt, take the broiken part out slap the new part in was a 10 minute job. Finally getting mileage back.
