Thinking of purchasing a frosty vibe with the plastic body cladding. Do alot of driving down gravel roads. Any know if the plastic easily scratches?

I started to notice a few marks from stones after I drove to a buddiescamp down a gravel road. Since I do go to the camp 2 or 3 times a month I put the oem splash guards(see vibeparts.com).They are the same color as the lower grey body cladding and look ok(as far as flaps go).

Are these (GM parts) the same as found at Canadian Tire / Wallmart (moulded mudguards - not flat ones)

All right Pump, will take your word, experience talks. Because as seen on gm site Vibe accessories: gmgoodwrench.com/accessories/accessdetailVib_2.htmlthey were looking-like Cdntire molded models... cheaper and less expensive. If they're not I'll go for GM real-parts and order right now (may be with all-season vinyl floor mats, for winter). I'll probably get those before the Vibe itself (expected on Jan-Feb)
