No Tail lights, brake lights work, no tag light, blinkers wo

No Tail lights, brake lights work, no tag light, blinkers work,
I have a 2003 Vibe. All lights (brakes, fog, headlights) and blinkers work except tail lights (with headlights on) and no tag light. Bulbs for tag light and tail lights are good. 15amp fuse (TAIL) under driver’s dash is good. No fuse under engine hood fits the issue.

FOUND THE PROBLEM- bad relay passenger side behind glove box. How to get to it and check/change. Remove glove box- 1 screw on right side and then pull box upward toward you. The relay box is located directly above where the top of the glove box was located. It is a small black box held in by 2 screws. Once screws are removed, the box can be pulled down to view the relays (the wire harness will still be connected to the black box). There are 4 relays- 3 of them are identical. The bad relay in the middle one of the identical 3. Swap one of the others with it to check it.

Bad part number was- 90084-98031- Toyota part- numbers are hard to read. 12v
Replacement part number- 90987-020212 (Oreilly part- 25-0137) - $13

@Fixitdadeo, Pulled the relay and reseated them and tail lights/tag light worked but the relay seems to get warm when on. going to run it that way and see what happens, I happen to have extra relays on hand though. thanks for the info.
