GenVibe - Community for Pontiac Vibe Enthusiasts

I'm nearing the end of an engine replacement on my 03 fwd, auto Vibe. I plugged in every plug, but I have two that don't fit. The first is a plug that comes off of the wiring harness near the upper radiator hose. I've already plugged in the two sensors on the side of the engine. The second is a socket on the throttle box(I don't know the proper name of this). These two definitely don't plug into each other. I was hoping someone could give me some guidance.

I'd post a picture I'd I could shrink the thing.

Realized the plug is for the o2 sensor.

The connector for the throttle box has a harness coming off of the large bundle parallel to the fuse box. It branches off next to the driver's side strut tower and will likely be the only harness there. Sorry for the slow reply, I'm DBW and had to go to a salvage yard to see the setup.
