Refinish/Replace Chrome Trim

One of my vibes is starting to shed its chrome plating from the gauge cluster. Wondering if anyone had replaced and/or refinished this part. Any assistance with removal or suggested changes + pictures would be very helpful. I guess if I refinish, I should probably also consider the chrome in the door handles.
