Has anyone found anything that will help remove those annoying scrathes? I tried Turtlewax....not working.

Depends.Clearcoat scratches can easily be hidden with a good coat of wax.Deeper scratches are not "removeable" but might be able to be filled.

If you are finding that the vibes paint is less than paper thin and the paint is too soft (hence the scratches), theres not much you can do. Rubbing compound or "scratch removers" simply blend or smear paint over the scratch, meaning your thin paint gets even thinner. I just try to keep a couple coats on to help protect, but the rusty chips I have say otherwise.....

best I can recommend is put several coats of a solid strong wax on NOW while scratches are at a minimum. Doing so early on may help prevent any more scratches down the line!

It depends on how deep the scratches are. If they go into or through the paint, then they have to be touched up. If they are just surface scratches in the clearcoat, they can be rubbed out with polishing compound. ***Never use rubbing compound on a clearcoated finish unless you want to ruin it.***

If you're good with a electric polisher then do this if not get someone who is.Buy the Meguires # stages 1-2-3 in the wash & wax section of your auto store. follow the direction exactly. I do detailing in my off time plus I'm a mechanic for the Can. Army. This stuff is great for light scratches, swirl marks from washing & waxing (know as spider web scratches) Deep scratches and chips cover first with touch up paint, brush on not spray then do the 3 stages. GOOD LUCK!!
