Touch-up paint/kit?

When putting my roof rack on today, I noticed a few small chips on the roof that have started to rust out. I figure I'll use an abrasive buff or flapwheel on my Dremel to clean the chips down to bare metal and then use some touchup paint on them. I've never done a touchup job though.

Can someone point me to a good place to get paint and/or a kit? I'm happy with doing 2-3 coats, sanding and polishing in between to smooth it out. It doesn't need to look amazing (they are on the roof after all), I really care more about it lasting and not rusting out.

Suggestions? Thanks!

How to Repair Car Paint Chips:

This may give you some ideas of what you will need. I just ordered some touch up paint for chips from a place called Automotive Touch Up. I will have to see how it turns out as it has only been 1 day since I ordered the stiff. Some say you can make this as difficult a job as you want it. It will never be perfect. Most say to clean the wax off the chip area and dab paint on the chip in thin layers, then move on with your life.

Looks great. I got paint, primer, and clearcoat. I have some rubbing compound and high-grit sandpaper. Thanks.
