wheel sizes

what are the sizes of standerd wheels for the 2nd gen vibs? will the bigger stock rims fit on the 09 base?

I believe they are 16x6.5, 17x7 and 18x7, but they do not have the same lug pattern as your base Vibe's 5x100 pattern so they will not bolt right up. I know you've been looking for some wheels, and that is one of the issues with the different Vibe wheels. The older 16" and 17" wheels will fit on it though.
Someone on here did use some adapters to mount the GT wheels on a 1st gen vibe, but they pushed the wheels out about an inch. That might be a bit much on an 09 though.

2009-2010 Vibe 1.8L Base = 5x100 bolt pattern - 16" x 6.5" only
2009-2010 Vibe 2.4L Base = 5x114.3 bolt pattern - 16" x 6.5" or 17" x 7"
2009-2010 Vibe AWD (2.4L engine) = 5x114.3 bolt pattern - 16" x 6.5" or 17" x 7"
2009-2010 Vibe GT (2.4L engine) = 5x114.3 bolt pattern - 18" x 7" only

How do aftermarket 18 inch wheeles and tires work on the 2009 base?
