GenVibe - Community for Pontiac Vibe Enthusiasts

I just bought a set of WeatherTech all weather mats for my '04. I like them, but the factory retainer clips don't line up right with the holes in the mat. They sent a set that screw into the carpet, so I want to remove the old ones and install the new.

Can anyone tell me how to get the factory floor mat retainers out without breaking them or making a mess?

Edit: Never mind, just needed to take another look with better lighting. They popped right out with the help of a small flat bladed screwdriver.
