The throttle body adapter to allow the 2005-2008 base model vibes is still being made by Carver via estranhoATaolDOTcom

I'm not 100% sure on this, so I'm hoping some other dudes will chime in with any necessary corrections, which I can quote into this post:
The adapter is so that the TRD supercharger can fit the drive-by-wire (DBW) throttle body; the '03 and '04 models used drive-by-cable throttle bodies. I think that this also allows AWD base Vibe, MR2, Corolla, and Celica GT to use the TRD S/C. You will still need aftermarket piggyback ignition/fuel control, and I know for sure Celicas need an aftermarket hood.

Oh, and I guess the MR2 Spyders with the 1ZZ-FED engines with DBW as well, (do they have DBW? Dunno)

I'd be interested to get their blueprints or schematics and just make it myself. Have access to machine shop with CNC and welding, BUT then still need to get my hands on the supercharger

Someone made a TB adapter out of a Helix TB Spacer. It requires some drilling and tapping.
I can not confirm anyone making or not making the TB Adapter, just know they have been hard to find. Corzryde on Matrixowners.com just completed a TRD SC Build on his 05+ DBW TRIX. He also uses the Greddy EMU and a AFR Calibrator to "Spoof" the stock ECU. That would be a great source of information for your path.
