Thank you very much for posting that. Some of us are curious if the cd changer terminals will accept line level input from like a DVD or mp3 player, or if it is a different type of signal. Do you have any idea? Thanks,Carl

If you saw the XM Satellite Radio thread, I have a unit from P.I.E. that will interface.I'm installing it tomorrow, and will post a seperate thread on it. It plugs into the 12 pin on the back of the headunit..to the PIE unit, then to the changer. It will accept three line-ins and has a seperate switch to change between them and the changer.

Could one diagram be the M&T radio, and the other just the base radio?

Could be, mine is for the in-dash 6-disk M&T radio.

quote:Could one diagram be the M&T radio, and the other just the base radio? There is no "M&T Radio". The M&T package is available with the base single-disc radio or the upgrade 6-disc in-dash radio.

quote:Ah. Is it the amp that changes then?Basically. The "Tunes" part of the "Moon & Tunes" package is an added amp under the passenger seat and the addition of 2 tweeter speakers on the front door A-pillars.

The reason the M&T package is not available with the Nav system is because the Nav system has a 6-disc remote CD changer under the passenger seat where the amp usually goes. There is no room for the changer and the amp. Because you can't split out the moonroof from the M&T package (at least in the US) this is why you can't get a moonroof with the Nav system.
