Another poll to measure owner expectations.#3 How many copies of the serive manual are provided to dealers?

the dealers are not issued any manuals. they access a GM only website that tells them how to fix each problem as they arise. IE:no heat from heater, they follow a set of directions in which they eliminate different problems untill the root problem is fixed and they stop at that point. it isn't go out and get the latest chiltons and fix it your self any more. the vibe service manual is available 3 volumes $150 each.

yea i wanted a chiltons manual. the gm thing is 150 each!!! rediculous...
