Ok so I've taken off my starter and had it checked it is fine. I've replaced my starter relay switch ontop of the fuse box inside the car. and still I'm not getting any power to the plug for the solonoid on the starter. I need help I have 3 days to fix this or lose my job. I need someone to call or txt me and help me with this issue.

First, consider renting / borrowing a car to save your job! Do you have an engine electrical diagram? Auto or manual Vibe?
It may take some luck to find an expert here on the holiday (Labor Day) weekend. Start by checking these posts and I'll see if I can find something more.
GenVibe main page search "starter diagram" :

First thing I would check is your fuses. Specifically your efi and efi2 fuses. In fact I would just replace them. I had a fuse not too long ago that looked good and when I replaced it the problem was gone.
Even before that. Are you getting a crank and no start? Or is it completely dead?
Did you ever have it checked for the ECU recall?
