Can someone point me in the direction of an internet dealer of projector head lights for 04 vibe. Thanks.

There are no aftermarket headlamps that aren't OEM style out there for the Vibe. If you want projectors you'll need to have them retrofitted. Maybe try UltimateRetrofit.com. Member Kiethvibe owns UR and he'll retrofit the lights for you, or send you the parts to do it yourself. I did it myself, and it isn't that hard.
