I need a hood latch for my 2005 Vibe DD. The secondary works, but my primary won't grab the hood anymore.

Anyone have one? Was hoping to get one cheap and quickly.

They seldom wear out, they usually sieze up from a bit of rust or a lot of gunk. Try some WD-40 and then a high pressure car wash, followeb by more WD-40 and some engine oil.
