AUTO SC ON MANUAL CAR?

i found a SC that's meant for an auto matrix, but it should still work on my manual vibe as long as i get my own ecu to tune it correct?
Yes it will work.
You may want to check out this thread. It has EVERYTHING you need. Including the EMU (piggyback), TB Spacer and Exhaust Manifold with 2 ports for a wideband and stock o2 sensors.
