About to buy an 05 awd

I'm looking at purchasing an 05 Awd vibe, its got 140k miles and appears to be pretty well taken care of the dealerships asking 5400. Is there anything specific I need to look for with this car before buying? What are some common things to check out

The rear differential is the most important thing to look at. Make sure it's not leaking/seeping at the seals. Maintaining the rear diff is sometimes overlooked by AWD owners.
Take a look at this video. It's an interesting look at the "Pre Purchase Inspection". Most of these inspection details translate to any car, including the Vibe.

Yep the rear diff seals need to be checked out. That also seems like a good price!
