I own a 2005 Pontiac vibe base 5 speed manual,
and I am looking for the supercharger kit that GM and TRD sold back in the day!
I could do without the ecu b/c i was thinking of getting more tunable one from aem i'm initially thinking but i'll do more research after I get the supercharger first!
but the supercharger and all the important hardware to install such as the new serpentine belt and pulley is a must!
I'm located in the GTA in Ontario
msg !!!

If you have an FWD 05+ Vibe/Matrix/Corolla you'll need the throttle body adapter. Also The TRD ECU will NOT work on your car.
If you have an AWD/4WD 03-06 Vibe/Matrix you won't need the TB adapter and can use the TRD ECU.
For a used complete kit in good shape will run about $1.5K. An AEM FIC 6 (Piggyback) will run about $300 then Tuning will run about $200 to $300. This isn't including an adapter wiring harness for the AEM FIC 6 which is $200 but it can be hard wired if you can solder and read wiring diagrams. These things can be purchased used about 50% or less than new.

The 03-04 TB is drive by cable, where the 05+ TB is drive by wire, and cannot be easily adapted. An adapter plate is the best way to accomplish the change. Here's a thread on Matrix Owners describing it.
http://matrixowners.com/index.php?/topi ... -is-ready/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Not sure if this one is still available.

okay I will be on the look out for the TB adapter, thank you!
if someone could provide me with the measurements or the piece itself my father is a tool and dye worker and could cut some to be available again!

I read some where that they took a Helix TB spacer and made an adapter plate out of it. Your dad shouldn't have any issues with that. If your serious I may sell you mine for $1700 plus shipping. Complete kit including upgraded idler pulley bracket and idler pulley, I paid $250 for both.

I would be interested in this, but I would need better details on what would be required to make this operational other than the spacer deal. Sincerely Eric Mills

I would be interested in buying this, but I usually like to get things in person and you;re in Oklahoma I do believe and I;m just trying to figure out the safest way for a transaction for both parties. btw I'm in Ontario

I sold BlueCrush his SC a few years ago on here. You can check with the guys on Matrixowners (Evilthorne, dnm, thebarber, coreyzide(?) and others all from the GTA) and they'll tell you I'm a stand up guy. I may even toss a home made jar of salsa in the box. The SC has about 45K miles on it and was install about 3 years ago. Here are my terms. $500 down for me to uninstall it and box it up. Then the balance before it's shipped.
If you check in on MO now I'm trying to help Corey get the O2 spoof setup on his car.
