Selling my GM (Thule) crossbars -- good condition. These are the bars that go on top of the factory rails, not between.

Do these have built in locks? Looked around couldn't find out if they did or not

They do - you can see the spot for the keys on the ends of the bar. You twist the end cap to expand the clamps to remove the rack.
I'll have to find them in the keychain of misc. rack keys.
FWIW I've never felt the need to use the keys to keep the rack secure, instead I'd lock the bike rack.
